🌊 The Real MPA Tracker
Have you seen our recent Seaspiracy Academy post? We’ve recently explained what no-take MPAs are and why they are the best current tool to protect the ocean’s ecosystems. Unfortunately only 3% of the world’s oceans are currently protected by no-take MPAs.
Whilst researching for our ocean day post we found a page that tracks conservation areas around the world, however it does not specify whether MPAs are no-take.
If you decide to support Seaspiracy org, either through donations or by becoming a paid reader directly on substack, we might just be able to set one up 👊
